Verizon Note 2 Update

Just got an OTA update on my vzw note 2. I'm assuming it's to fix the exynos security flaw, as I haven't found any other differences.

What was the security issue and is there a link to view what was in the update?

my phone is updating as I type.

I'm on Verizon and my phone was in the first run.

Would love to know what the update is supposed to do. My phone has been flawless since day one.

Looks like it locks the bootloader again and removes the exploit on the chip that allowed root access.

Just did the update....lets see what happens..no clue what it did, but is was a quick one so could not be that much.

Probably that Verizon smart chip that limits your data and follows you around...oh wait, they already did that.

Just got mine also. Two minutes. Not sure what it changed however.
