Root [Verizon] Odin Help

Techwiz

Newbie
So I was trying to dowgrade my S3, but I think an error occured with the firmware as the same process was stuck for 3 hours and I sub sequentially pulled the battery out and restarted the phone in Odin mode. Now, I'm trying to upgrade it back to the firmware version I was using before and this is the messages it's given me thus far (about 15 min in), is my phone in danger of being bricked, and if so how much would it cost to get a new phone with warranty? Also, if the process freezes again should I take out the battery and try to get into recovery?

I had a similar issue with my S3. If you look at the post ( Triangle of death ) you will see the links to flashing your phone back to stock. I ran the program yesterday and left for Family fun. I returned about 5 hours later and I was stock again. Then I did one touch Root. It was simple and perfect.

look at page 1. at the post at 9;12 am. Click the link and follow instructions on 2nd post. I hope this helps

Thanks for the info, right now it's giving me the <ID:0/010> system.img.ext4 message, but the green bar at the top is staying idle, hopefully after I leave it for a few hours it'll get me back to stock.......

Are you trying to unroot it?
Do you have a link to the firmware you are trying to use? (be very careful you choose the correct firmware for your device model and carrier!!)

Do you have your phone drivers installed?
Does the ID:COM box turn blue when your device is plugged in?
