Root [Verizon] [Q] Verizon Galaxy note 2 international use!! Quick

I'm currently in Korea. And Verizon said that it's factory unlocked, so I put in the Korean Sim card, but i can't catch the signal, no service..
I know to use the data, i have to put in the APN. However i can't even use the calls and messages.

Please help me ASAP
 
Most of the rest of the work uses GSM, which Verizon doesn't have unless you have a "world phone".

Can you pick up a prepaid phone?
