Root [Verizon] rom add-ons

I can't remember the name of my last ROM, but I was able to pull down the status bar even when it wasn't visible in apps... Now I'm on eclipse ROM and it lacks that feature... I really like this ROM, but find it very hard to live without that feature... Any help?

Carbon ROM has Halo, which allows you to pull them from the side, but it's not a status bar pull

Yeah, I've had a few different ROMs in the status past few weeks and haven't found a ROM that has it... I know the new S4 OS has it... I don't really like halo...

it should be the pacman rom it has that feature under the pacman-status bar-quick hide

The CM11 nightly has this feature.
