Root [Verizon] ROM help

I have been having two reoccurring problems with different ROMs.

1. no VZW service

or

2. the keyboard constantly shuts so I can not do anything.

I have searched and found similar problems but no answers. ROMs I am having trouble with: Liquidsmooth, Paranoidandroid, Carbon, and a number of others. I am currently running beanstock.

Is your IMEI still listed in the "about phone" menu?

Are you flashing the correct Gapps?
I had an issue with the keyboard f/c'ing on me and I flashed a 1 version older Gapps and it worked. ??

In the Beanstalk ROM I do not see an IMEI. I think I have the most recent GApps but that might be the problem. It is the one GooManger keeps pushing on me. It says Current_DHO_GApps

Do you have a link for GApps that you know is legit?

I'll try that.

Not familiar with the Beanstalk rom but what version is that rom based on? 4.1, 4.2? 4.3?

Also, you said your IMEI is not listed....as in, it's all zeros or you cannot find it listed anywhere?

Does the rom have [Dev][rom] [Alpha][wip]
Cause this problem sounds like a memory problem . Or maybe the keyboard may not be for this rom . You can change it up just put the keyboard on the sd card and copy it to the system folder nothing requires the use of the current keyboard .this can be performed with a file explorer

Where would I find [Dev][rom] [Alpha][wip]

I can drop a couple keyboards on but it is the android/google keyboard that is failing.

You can still put it in the system app and set the permission . If that new keyboard works it may be a problem with the android it can be missing a lib file .
