Sorry, but I couldn't find like a ROM/Kernel Review Thread for VZW Galaxy Nexus phones using the latest 4.0.4?

Generally a great place to look is going to be in each of the roms thread and check out the op to see what works and and what doesn't. Compare them to what you know you need/want in a rom/kernel

Based on reviews AOKP and Liquid are highly rated thus far.

Aokp all the way for me. I'm sure Liquid is good but I have used Aokp for several months now and know my way around it. Plenty of customizable options and updated regularly with great new features.
