Root [Verizon] ROMs, Apps, & Other suggestions

Hey all! New user coming from a galaxy nexus. My note 2 comes tomorrow and was hoping for some suggestions from you peeps. What ROM/kernel combo are you running? Any cool, s-pen optimized apps or otherwise I should jump on? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance! Can't wait!

Are there any inverted GAPPS with beans ROM? That's one thing I loved about my GNex

It's already a pretty dark rom, but there are some nice themes that have the inverted gapps.

I am also running Beans V9 though V10 was just released so I will be flashing that today. I am using Perseus Kernel and am amazed by the battery life I am getting. I also came from a GNex and was used to just making it through the day but I now easily get 2 days.

Haha I was used to getting a day or so on ICS ROMs but I'm lucky to make it until 2 pm now. I remember another guy was running the same combo as you, and he had great battery life as well. I think I'll try that combo when my phone arrives.
