Root [Verizon] Rooted S4 on 4.4.2 NK1: Location Services refuse to work.

Before I updated to 4.4.2 on NK1, everything worked fine. I know this has probably been discussed already, but threads that I find with Google go unsolved, and I didn't see it anywhere on this forum. What can I do aside from a complete factory reset using Odin? I've lost everything twice, once from brick that I recovered from, and the second time from a motherboard swap. I would really like to keep everything as is and apply a simple fix if one exists. I need some serious help here, because I'm about to have to use my GPS a lot, and it doesn't work.
