Verizon Rumor true?

My friend told me Verizon unlimited plan (Text, Calls, Web ) well basically everything like sprint unlimited plan for $99 but for verizon $50 for prepaid?

Actually that made the rounds on all the tech blogs. BUT, the devil's in the details. For $50 you get unlimited talk, text, & web. When Verizon talks about that for smartphones they refer to it as data, not web. This plan, if it becomes a reality, is most likely for feature phones and also probably for the prepaid crowd. I didn't look at the screenshot link, but if it's the same $50 plan on the other tech blogs, they're comparing that plan to other prepaid plans. So no joy for postpaid samrtphone users.
