Verizon s4 I545pp Rom

This is my first post and I came here to find a solution for my verizon s4 I545pp, I just have a couple questions, somebody in this stock(****) rom it was able to insert a custom rom, like stang5litre or another one, and my second question its if somebody knows the way to back on OF1, thanx 4 ur time ... vibes
