Root [Verizon] S4 rooted with Towelroot

I rooted my S4 with Towelroot and it worked fine For a few weeks but more its stuck in Bootloop at white verizon screen. This happened after getting really hot, running really slow and random boots for about 3 days. I didn't install any custom roms. only towelroot. I have already cleared cache partition and factory data reset it through hard reset. I will only have a PC to be able to download files for its recovery for short period Of time today and I need step by step instructions on what to do to get it back to running condition. its a samsung galaxy s4 i545 build vmk for Verizon running Android 4.3

Thank you for posting this honestly, I was literally about to pull the trigger on towelroot.
