Help verizon s5 issue

Ive been using my s5 about 2 weeks. This week the data seems to slowed up. The apps that normally were refreshed immediately like when i'm on wi-fi seem to be lagging big time. I'm on an unlimited data plan, always show 4GLte and never experienced this issue before. Ive tried clearing out caches of stuff, ran through my phone for viruses, malware. Just want to get this back to normal. I cant be manually refreshing email and messengers all the time to see if i have something new. Any suggestions?

I noticed a bit of lag on Verizon this morning.....

My internet apps are running full speed as of now at home on WiFi.

Disabled WiFi and MyMail took a lot longer to load up each message I opened thru the LTE connection.

Seems to have fixed itself. Must have been on verizons side

Definitely noticed a slow down this am. In addition, GMAIL was having issues last week.
