Root [Verizon] Self Reboots

I rooted the other day and now I'm getting the occasional self reboot. Not sure why, never had this happen before. I'm rooted but still stock on nova launcher with a bunch of crap frozen.

Is there any rhyme or reason to the reboots? i.e. can you reproduce the reboots?
It could be that something you have frozen causing it.

Try to wipe cache and dalvik cache in recovery...sometimes a wipe like that will help wonky things :)

Are you on the stock rom?

No rhyme or reason and can't reproduce.

I never installed anything after root rom wise. So I think thats considered the stock rom? lol.

I'll give it a shot.

Gotcha...I would try this...Unfreeze it all and wait to see if the random reboots stop.
I'm thinking that the list is from an older version of JB, and pehaps something on that list is needed with your version and is now causing a random reboot. :)

The other thing I was thinking was, do you overclock at all? But then you mentioned that you did not add any apps after rooting correct?

Remove the battery, sim card & sdcard(if you have one), leave them out for 5 minutes, re-install everything & see what happens . . .

I don't use those but how did you get 2? :confused:
Try to freeze one or both and see what happens.

I am out of idears here :(

Did Talon's suggestion work?

I'll let you know if they stop. Usually it's 1-2 reboots a day :mad:. So it'll be hard to tell what works. :mad:

I take it back, neither ad blocker is installed right now. Must have uninstalled somewhere? Weird.

I dont know :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
