I'm running 4.1.2 CleanROM 6.0 R2 I want to flash to CarbonRom 1.6.1 JB 4.2.2. How do I do this? do i just download the firmware I forgot how to flash already lmao

I also have verizon but where can I find "d2vzw" on my phone just to make sure..

You should be flashing it thru recovery
Just be sure to make a nandroid backup first.
What recovery do you have?

And if you have the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3, then your device is the d2vzw.

Also make sure the Carbon rom version is for your device.
