Verizon sucks.

So I replaced my phone 2 days ago, and got the new one in the mail.

The refurbished one doesn't charge the battery!

Come on verizon.

I'm gunna see if they can send me a different phone instead. Think it will work?

Doubt that'll work.

To my understanding thats how they've always did it with refurbished phones unless you had a battery problem then they would send a new battery.

Is this a upgrade, warranty or insurance replacement... Refurb always seem to be a crap shoot. That is why I try to stick it out until I re-up.... It's the devil you know vs the devil you don't know thing.

Verizon refurbs are the worst. Good luck, maybe after 15 phones you might get one that works. I went through 10 or so in the last year until I decided to upgrade.

I doubt they will replace your phone. Getting the Ally may have been the problem in the first place. So far, LG = meh smartphones. There isn't really a comparable phone to the Ally right now, after getting 4 or 5 replacements they may offer you a early upgrade, but there are no guarantees. Did you get a replacement battery? Could be more to the problem...
