They are listing it as "Unlimited Data Usage" plan and with my discount it's $35 a month.

The 5GB limit is for tethering. There is no limit on data that the phone uses. None, zero, zilch. You can stream Pandora 24/7 (please don't) and not be charged an additional dime.

Yeah this rumor of the secret 5GB cap and VZW flagging your account is pretty bogus. I have consistently gone over 5GB using my blackberry (9-10GB a month) because i used tether berry and pandora and ORB. I have never been charged, never been flagged, never been spoken to about my use. its all bs

Okay well they cant prove or show that i use tethering. In fact before i was using tetherberry i was using pdanet on a winmo phone.. It is been 2-4 years of HIGH use. Seriously if they cared they would have done something by now

Though you could be flagged at some point because you are tethering.

We weren't saying you will get flagged for going over 5GB/month, we said that the contract allows Verizon to terminate your service if you do. Does it mean they will for sure? No.
