Root [Verizon] Unrooted Phone, stuck on bootloop

yo whats crackin....
alright so i am that sort of situation. i tried unrooting my gn2, but i deckuf up!!! using Odin i accidentally flash the wrong firmware. now its stuck (or looping)on the the screen right before the boot loader is initiated. i tried a few times flashing it with odin and i tried to get it into recovery mode but the phone does not get passed that very first screen... then loops over and over and over...n over. when i tried to flash it with odin it gives me back FAILED! read out every time. has this ever happened to any one? is there some that can be done? I greatly appreciate anybodies helpful suggestions.
thank you all

I also tried to unroot my GN2 using odin and it was stuck in bootloop mode too.
I found out that if you are trying to return to stock, you must not only have the correct stock firmware files but you need the correct pit file. Once I downloaded the correct pit file and used with odin everything was fine. I got the files from SamMobile | Everything for your Samsung Mobile

I'm not sure it's related but I flash the wrong version of a ROM for AT&T instead of Verizon and had all sorts of problems. I could not upgrade to any kitkat rom. My fix was too simply restore Verizon's stock and in the setup reset the phone. It overwrote the firmware. I've been good to go ever since.
