Verizon V Cast Website Launch on USB Connect

When I connect my phone to my computer and select USB Mass Storage mode, a website automatically launches for the Verizon V Cast download.
My phone is running the Fission ROM and it still does this.

Is there a way to disable the auto launch because I have no interest in installing the V Cast software?

Right click on the taskbar icon and select do nothing.
