Root [Verizon] Verizon LG G2 portion of screen not responding

This issue is pretty new, and I'm not sure why it does it. For example, when I try to draw a straight line, there will be a break in the line. Another example is if I try to uninstall an app, and I drag it up to the box, it will go back to its original position. I have attached some screenshots.

Sounds like a dodgy screen. I'm in the process of returning my Nexus 4 because the bottom part with the back, home and running apps buttons has stopped working.

First thing Google Support had me do was a factory reset immediately followed by a Wipe data/factory reset from Recovery mode. It didn't work for me, but it may be worth a try ..

Make sure you back everything up first, of course
