The only fact that really matters is that Verizon is BETTER

By who's standards? It may be better if you were traveling a lot for work or pleasure. For the vast majority of Americans that don't need coverage in every nook and cranny of the US, ATT is a fine, and less expensive option. I was with ATT/Cingular (now with Sprint) for four years and was certainly very happy. Download speeds on ATT's 3G also smoked that of Verizon. My minimum download on ATT was often faster than the max on VZW We did a decent amount of traveling through the western US and I still couldn't complain.

Id say the fact that pretty much every consumer poll states that Verizon is the best, and that AT&T leads in nothing more than dropped calls answers that.

At any rate....

We are all free to get on whatever network we want..

so why argue about it..

No network is perfect and everyones needs are different.
