Root [Verizon] Weird Problem

I was running Synergy ICS and had decent battery life, once in a while the battery would drop quick and phone would start to get hot but only every so often. We flashed GB AOKP now after disconnection the charger in the morning the phone makes it about 3 hours with no use and its dead and the phone is warm. Any ideas?

Sounds like something's running in the background. Go to settings battery and check what's eating it alive.
