[Verizon] Why is my device offline when trying to use Wugs fresh one click

Why is my device offline when trying to use Wugs fresh one click root.

I have downloaded the drivers twice but when I click on the list devices, it gives me the number with letters but it states that it is off line. If I click the unlock button I get an error that states Im offline.

During my last driver install it wanted me to manually install something but then the pop up just went away so I figured the PC configured itself.

I am at a loss.

I had to install the drivers from device manager. Right click on the android device / update drivers / browse to the Wug's folder on the c drive and select the driver's folder. Sorry that's all I can remember.
