Root [Verizon] Will not re-boot?

I have a Verizon S3 that I rooted with the GS3_debugfs-root_r2 and has been working for quite some time. Today I did a reboot of the phone. I get a custom lock screen and then the samsung logo and nothing else?

Any ideas what I can do to get this to boot back up?

Well due to time constraints, I had to follow another guide. I was able to get back up but had to wipe the phone. With that being said, what is the best backup add that does a true 1:1 backup of the entire phone to SD. And a one step restore so that in the event this happens again i dont loose ANYTHING!
