"Verizon Wireless" voice pop up

Can someone tell me how get rid of the voice notification that pops in and out during service transitions and incoming phone calls? It's very annoying and interrupts my ring tones. Plus I can't stand hearing "Verizon Wireless" repeatedly whenever I'm in an area that goes in between 4G and 3G service.

OMG, I have the same problem. I hate it. I just made a post so its on top.

Go to System Settings >Sound >Network Lost Tone or Roaming Tone and you can enable and disable the voice notification for each
