Stay away from Verizon wireless. I was ripped off by the salesmen at a local store because they are on commission and the management approves of it. Fraudulent, deceptive practices. I hope the salesman who duped me gets fired and is on the unemployment line or in jail. The company needs a class action lawsuit as they think they can get away with their deceptive ways. Not paying my bill. Do you hear me now. I guess 7 years with them doesn't count
 
They are the reason why I switched to Cricket, no contract 35 monthly

I've been with Verizon for about 25 years, and I have yet to have a problem with them...

I have always been able to get what I want done, every single time....
I rarely ever visit the retail stores unless I need a new SIM which was only once.

I always work with the online CS folks by phone, and they have always been gracious to work with.

maybe you have an attitude problem?? dunno, but I'm not changing.
they have the best coverage in the business.
 
My biggest stink was with the locked bootloader.
I can say that they were kind enough to let me fall a couple months behind on payments, back when times were tough. I'm grateful for that.
I have never stepped foot inside a Verizon store, however.
I buy my phones from a private business that represents Verizon.
