Is anybody else having issues with the network? Tried calling customer service and it rings busy.. No 4G or 3g and barely any 1x at all. I live in indiana. If anybody knows anything thanks
I'm having problems in NC. I can't call customer service at all. It says switch busy or something like that. Yesterday I was having text and voice issues. I think the recent storms are the cause.
