will this only be charged to my bill if i call them and activate it ? i opened app and i am able to watch the NFL Network live, they dont charge me automatically do they?

I believe the app is free if you subscribe to vcast, which everyone with a data package should have in the first place. An easy way to figure out an answer to this question is to just call Verizon and ask them.
