My Galaxy Note 2 upgraded to version 4.3 two days ago. Function is serverly impacted and not sure what to do ???
 
Samsung has supposedly come out with 4.3.2, which supposedly fixes all the bugs caused by 4.3. I guess you'll just have to wait for it.
