Very confused on adding extra keyboard

I just got a new Droid Razr HD. My family is Korean, so we're trying to figure out on how to add a Korean keyboard to the phone, as it didn't come with the phone. Can anyone please help me on how to add a Korean keyboard?

I've already tried to add Korean for Smart Keyboard Pro, but when other people say to add it through the "Languages & Keyboard" button in the settings, I don't have it. It only says "Languages & Input", which isn't really helping with anything.

If you click on language and input you should then get another menu displaying your keyboards and options. Click on Korean keyboard to make it default, then click on the settings to the right of it and enable the box that says something like allow other input methods.

The thing is, Korean isn't one of the default keyboards...
