If you still don't have tracking info call tmobile and they will give you an actual tracking number, don't bother with the phone number it doesn't work, the one they give you shows shipment info received which isn't much but I promise it's very relaxing to see some type of info on your phone

So when I call 611 on my current T-Mo phone, and say "order status", it tells me I'm on back order. Should I believe it or should I ask to speak to someone?

well i think i might be on back order too but if you want to see track info, or at least in my case see shipping info received on ups.com you need to call tmobile and ask for the tracking number, and if they say put your phone number with dashes at ups.com tell them you want the actual tracking number, and then youll be able to see if there is any actual progress
