All notifications are turned on. Sometimes e-mail will vibrate, sometimes messages will vibrate, other times not. It seems very arbitrary.
Same thing with the LED light showing notifications. Is anyone else having problems with this?
If so, I guess this won't get worked out until Jelly bean comes out...
