Very new Stratosphere owner

I would like to introduce myself. I am an older widow who lives along with 2 very spoiled big dogs. They are my kids. I live on the desert in the winter and on top of a mountain during the summer. All in Arizona. I am a retired psychiatric nurse.

I just purchased a Stratosphere phone and today is set up day. I am a bit intimidated by it. I plan to fiddle with it until I learn it.

I need a smart phone because I have just changed banks to one out of state. I need to deposit checks by taking a picture both front and back.

I hope to learn a lot reading this forum.

Hope I didn't make a mistake purchasing this phone.

Well hello there!

First of all, welcome. Secondly I would like to ease your anxiety about your purchase. I think you will find the phone very useable. I got one and liked it so much I bought one for my wife. We both come from Blackberry's and she is nowhere near as good as I am with technology/computers/etc.. however she is finding the phone very user friendly and a joy to own. As she learns new things about it she loves it even more.

I think you will also come to find this site to be very friendly also. I am relatively new here myself and have found everyone to be very helpful and friendly. So if you have any issues or questions feel free to ask around but try the search feature first. You would be amazed how much of what you might want to ask has already been asked, answered then asked again. You could find alot just by searching for various things that perplex you.
