Root Very Slow 4G

Where in NYC? I've been to 10017, 10016, 10012 today, all 4G are great. However, 10017 is acting sporadic, one moment it is 7mbps, next test would drop to about 3mbps.

I don't think your 4G is slow. If that was Verizon 4G then yes that's pretty sluggish. On my wifi it has a bit of a struggle to watch hd YouTube sometimes if someone is hogging the bandwith. If you have apps running you should close them. :) that should help a bit. Also if you're s off you can flash the radios and turn your phone into an evo 3d.
