Help Very soft when playing music

i try to play music or watching youtube. on my backflip but the volume is very soft even i tune the vol to the max. but when my phone rings it soun ok. can some1 pls help me. and can motorola backflip sms in CHinese? can some1 pls help me? thanks alot

Is your media volume turned up as well as the ring volume? Do you have the ring and media volume all the way up? (menu --> Settings --> Sounds --> Media and Ring Volumes)

i already tune both all the way up to the max. the ringer is fine. but jus the media part. sometimes i play youtube or media even i max it it but it had totally no sound at all. den restart my phone den the sound came back but too soft. it like as soft as volume 1 or 2 like tat.

Have you tried listening to media with headphones to see if that is any better? Also, you might try doing a hard reset of your phone, which will basically clear off all of your information and return it to the state when you bought the phone. It is possible something goofed internally and hard resetting the phone may help.
