Very strange picture problem

Hello,

My pictures on SD cards don't appear in the album thumbnails (black screen) but do open on my phone. Vids get only first frame but won't open.

Now the strange thing is that pics on teh SD won't open anywhere else (PC) I tried. Same with sending them by email/texting. Won't open like corrupted.

What can I do to recover those pics and vids? I assume they are not so corrupted if I can open them on my phone?
 
You posted this in the Acer forum, but I can't tell if its a tablet, phone, camera, or other android device. I think you will get better answers if you let me know what device. One of us staffers can move the thread to a forum where the right people will be more likely to see it and get you some answers.:)
 
Thank you for the answer. Device is a smartphone Acer liquid E2 V370. I did already posted on the correct forum, but nobody seems to go there
