The first thing to do is check if the card can be read by another device, either a smartphone or a computer card reader. If not then the card is probably corrupt or faulty and should be considered a loss.
It it does read in other devices then, if possible, try another known-good card in the Inspire. A problem with that points to a hardware issue with the phone. Otoh, if another card works then it points to a problem with that particular device/card combo, and a simple reformat of the suspect card may fix the problem.
