viber receiving call problem

Hi all
i have got problem with viber. when i make a call the receiver on the other side cannot hear anything but i can hear them. any suggestion whats wrong with viber

Can you record sound? Do "assistant" programs hear you? If not, you might have a bad mic. If not (unless this is a common problem with Viber, or with Viber running in a particular environment (phone/Android version combo), it's going to take a hands-on analysis, IOW a good repair shop.
