how can I use viber on my galaxy S4 GT I9500,I already intalled that by it not activated

when you open app you need to insert your phone number f.ex +4470000000 (without the first 0), then you just click activate. the phone will do the rest. I recommend you allow that the app uses the contacts saved on the device. If you are connected trough a firewall make sure that the firewall allows the connection. The following ports on routar need to be opened:
TCP 5242
TCP 4244
UDP 5243
UDP 7985

If these ports are not opened the viber won't connect.
