Help vibrate and ring

press MENU > SETTINGS > SOUND & DISPLAY > PHONE VIBRATE (should be ticked)

as long as your ringer is on this will also vibrate

Hard reset the phone:- By removing the battery from the phone WHILE ITS SWITCHED ON

then take out sim and memory card - wait about 30/60 seconds and reboot - if not possibly faulty battery unit
