Root Vibrate incoming call????

Rooted Optimus M, phone does not vibrate on incoming call or message. Anyone have any ideas? ANY help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Have you checked here? Home -> Menu -> Settings -> Sound -> Vibrate -> Always/Never/Only in Silent mode/Only when not in Silent mode

And here for SMS: Home -> Messaging -> Menu -> Settings -> Vibrate -> Always/Only when silent/Never
