Help vibrate on phone pick up off!?

Hello I'm new here not sure if I'm in the right place to ask 2 things I have the galaxy note 3 love ♡♡♡ My phone.
I have all the vibration feedback and vibration notifications off on my phone all settings, but I can't figure out how to turn off the vibration when you pick up your phone like when it's laying on a table or just anywhere I pick it up and it vibrates!
Can anyone help me on this iv looked online iv looked on YouTube all over the place can't find any help!
Also I use the app killer application with the green guy, is it save to run the crazy killing option every 30 min instead of aggressive??

Go into your phone Settings then click on the tab labelled "Controls", then look below that label for an option named "Motion" and click that. Then look for an option labelled "Smart Alert" and slide the green slider next to it to the left so that it's no longer green

To turn off all vibration go into your phone Settings and click on the "Device" tab, then look below the Device label and choose the option with the label "Sound".

Then choose the option "Vibration density", and make sure all of the sliders that appear on the popup menu after are all the way to the left
