Root Vibrate won't work after flashing ROMs.

I've tried a lot of different things to fix the vibrate and it still won't work. Any ideas other than simply going into sound and vibrate settings?

What all have you tried and is it not working for all notifications, sms/ email/calls?

It doesn't vibrate for anything. I tried wiping any cache in Rom Manager, restored the stock ROM, unrooted it and went COMPLETELY stock and that didn't work. Tried the setting tweaks and that didn't work. There has to be some way to revive the vibrate because I haven't physically messed around with the phone.

Did you restore it using cwm backup or did you install stock Rom as you would any other Rom?
