vibrate

[Android Question]

Just got my samsung galaxy note i717 and it does not turn on all it does is vibrates when plugged into the charger..i did nothing to it but put in the battery on arrival and put it to charge...what seems to be the problem can anyone help?

Could be any one of a number of things. It's brand new and defective. Call them and arrange for an exchange.
