Help Vibration and Text Messages

When I receive a call my phone vibrates, but it doesn't when I receive a text message. Instead it does nothing like it is on silent. Does anyone know how to fix this. I know I am asking a lot of dumb questions right now. This is my first android and smartphone I have ever owned lol.

There are a few more settings in the messages app. Make sure you have vibration selected in there too.

Thanks. That was exactly it. Vibration was not selected in the messenger. lol I would have never found that too.
