Help Vibrations?

One of the things I seriously miss from my Blackberry is the ability to set the vibration notifications differently for different things. All I get from the Charge is this insignificant bzzt-bzzt, that's it. I often miss it. Is there a way to change these to be longer, stronger or something more noticeable and to be different for different notifications (call, SMS, email, etc.)?

I'm looking for this too, so I am hoping for something to enhance this.... missed an important text for about an hour the other night cuz I didn't feel or hear it.

smspopup used to have different vibrations, and a # of alerts to send.

thinking of picking up a charge, hence the lurking in this forum
