video app for iphone vids

A friend sends me videos from her iPhone 4 but my android wont play them thru texts. When she emails me in Gmail it said the format is not supported. Its a .MOV is there a way I can change my phone to play them or an app I can download to play them? I searched and couldn't find what I was looking for.... thanks

What phone are you using? Try downloading Moboplayer or Rockplayer from Market
