Is it possible to make video call using galaxy ace because on gsm arena they have provided video calling under features section of ace ....if yes den how is it possible

It's not possible. Ace doesn't support video calling.The one which is in the top of ace is proximity sensor which shuts down the touchpad while you are on a call. that is when you take the phone to you ears when you are in a call it disables the touch screen.
Yes, it is very much possible vedio calls with Galaxy ACE. Here is the solution:
download google vedio talk (Gtalk with vedio) in your galaxy ACE. Login into it using your gmail account. Since Galaxy ACE has only back camera , you need to have a small mirror or stand in front of mirror and call vedio call in gtalk and turn the phone to the mirror i.e back camera to face you and front screen to the mirror. you can see other people vedio and your camera in the mirror and other people can see your vedio (using your backend camera). smart solution.. right..

Vedio calls are possible using gtalk vedio in samsung ace but not with skype. since galaxy ace has only one camera (Back) you need to stand in front of mirror and face the phone screen to the mirror and back camera to your face and call on gtalk vedio and you both parties can enjoy vedio calls. I've already tested and using this on the daily basis vedio calling. enjoy your vedio calls now using galaxy ACE.

Apart from the obvious restriction of there being no front facing camera, why does Skype etc. not support video calling on the Samsung Galaxy Ace?
