Video calling on Verizon

when will it be available? Like apple's don't want to have to use a third party app. anyone know?

Have not heard anything about this. I use Skype. My brother's whole family all have apple since my nephew works for apple but they have to use Skype for me since I don't have I anything and don't have facetime. I am thinking of getting an Ipad mini just for this reason. I guess I am the odd ball since I want android instead of apple. Mary
