Help Video calling question

Hi everyone, I dont know where this question should go, so if its in the wrong place please move it. I have the S3 and my girlfriend has a iphone. we set up a scype account on our phones before she left so we can video caht and we called each other but she cant see me. She is out of town for a week and the camera icon shows its on and on her screen it says initiating, but the camera doesnt on my phone doesnt seem to work. Got ant ideas?

Might be because you're both using two different devices. One being an Android S3 and the other being an iPhone. Just my two cents. :)

yes, we can make regular calls and I can see her she cant see me. when I hit the change camera it gives me no options and my little box is black even though the camera icon doesnt have the red slash through it.
 
Does your front facing camera work when you go to just camera? Are you using WIFI or data? You could try turning the image quality down on the front facing camera to see if that works. :)
 
Also I am usi g wifi. I was thk nking about tryi g it on my laptop. I read a lot of problems sith the s3 and scype
 
Okay, try getting a stronger WIFI signal or try out data. Also, try lowering the resolution on the front facing camera to see if that helps.
 
I was in the room next to the router, and We will try tonight. I told her to download tango. but I am starting to realize this phone isnt the next big thing. there are nothing but problems.
