Help video camera not working

Camera working fine, but when i change it to video and try to record a pop up appears to yell me the camera failed and it closes.
Wondering if i need to change the settings or something?

My video cam is doing something similar, it opens but won't record and after I close it everything runs EXTREMELY slow. I have to go to app manager and force close the camera and that helps to speed things up but in order to get normal speed I have to reboot.

Not sure how to fix the issue with the video camera failing. Camera take beautiful pics, but the video fails to record. Just started happening last week, with no new downloads or settings being changed.

I need HELP!!!

I had the same problem months ago, and it was resolved when I deleted a messenger application I had downloaded earlier. I do not know if this is valid for others.
